TY Global was founded on a straightforward premise: engineering teams deserve a PCBA partner that combines manufacturing excellence with genuine accountability. One that owns problems, communicates clearly, and delivers on the numbers it commits to.
From a single-layer prototype to a 40-layer HDI production program, from a 1-piece engineering sample to a 1-million-unit annual run — TY Global applies the same engineering rigor, the same authorized supply chain, and the same IPC-standard workmanship to every order.

TY Global operates its own PCB fabrication lines, SMT assembly equipment, and box build facility. No subcontracting of core manufacturing processes. Full visibility and accountability from material receipt to outgoing shipment.
Every order includes a free DFM/DFT/BOM review before production release. Our engineers identify pad geometry issues, BOM lifecycle conflicts, and testability gaps — resolving problems at source, not at rework.
English-language account management for every international customer. DHL/FedEx/UPS export coordination handled as standard. Confirmed ship dates at order placement — not post-production estimates.
01005 min component, 0.35 mm min IC pitch, BGA/QFN/LGA/CSP/PoP — full X-Ray verification on every bottom-terminated package.
1–40 layers with 3/3 mil trace/space, 0.075 mm laser microvia, and TDR-verified controlled impedance for high-speed and RF designs.
Same engineers, same supply chain, same inspection standards from a 5-piece DV build through a 500K-unit production program.
Components sourced exclusively through Arrow, Avnet, Mouser, and Digi-Key. Zero open-market procurement. 100% IQC on every line item.
Multiple high-speed SMT lines capable of 01005 component placement at ±0.03 mm accuracy. Each line is equipped with laser-cut stencil printing, 3D solder paste inspection (SPI) before placement, and a profiled 10-zone nitrogen-capable reflow oven. Board-specific reflow profiles are stored per job number and re-validated at each production run.
TY Global's in-house PCB fabrication handles standard through high-complexity multilayer boards with 3/3 mil minimum trace/space, 0.10 mm mechanical drill, and laser-drilled HDI microvias from 0.075 mm. Materials include FR4 (standard and High-Tg), Rogers 4350B, PTFE, metal core (MCPCB), and flexible polyimide. Controlled impedance boards are verified with TDR coupon measurements.
Automated radial and axial insertion machines handle standard through-hole components, supported by wave and selective soldering equipment. IPC-A-610 CIS-certified technicians perform all hand-soldering operations on calibrated, temperature-controlled stations. The box build area handles enclosure assembly, custom cable harness fabrication (per IPC-A-620), firmware programming via JTAG/UART/USB, and final functional test.
Date code, lot, counterfeit screening, MSL management
3D volume, offset, bridging — 100% boards
Missing, misaligned, lifted, bridging detected
BGA void % per IPC-7095, archived per order
ICT flying probe + FCT per customer spec
Work instructions version-controlled at every process station. Quarterly internal audits and annual third-party ISO 9001 surveillance. CAPA system with 8D reports on all field escapes.
Component lot numbers traceable from authorized distributor through incoming IQC, kitting, and production to the shipped board. Records retained 5 years and available for customer download.
Components sourced exclusively through Arrow, Avnet, Mouser, and Digi-Key. Zero open-market procurement. Certificate of Conformance available on every line item.
All assemblies default to IPC-A-610 Class 2. Class 3 is available on request for medical, automotive, and defense applications. Soldering meets J-STD-001 requirements throughout.
A digital quality report accompanies every outgoing order — including SPI summary, AOI results, X-Ray images (BGA boards), component COC list, and test results where applicable.
All standard assemblies use RoHS-compliant materials and lead-free solder alloys. REACH substance declarations and full material disclosure available on request.
TY Global is a one-stop PCBA manufacturing partner offering seven integrated services: PCB design review (DFM/DFT/BOM), PCB fabrication (1–40 layers), authorized component sourcing, SMT/THT/mixed assembly, testing (IQC→SPI→AOI→X-Ray→ICT→FCT), box build, and turnkey delivery. Most customers submit Gerber files and BOM and receive a fully tested, ready-to-ship product.
TY Global is a direct manufacturer with in-house PCB fabrication, multiple SMT assembly lines, THT insertion stations, and a dedicated box build area. We do not subcontract core manufacturing processes. Component sourcing is handled through authorized franchised distributors (Arrow, Avnet, Mouser, Digi-Key) with full IQC before kitting.
Standard prototype turnaround is 5–7 calendar days from receipt of complete Gerber, BOM, centroid, and assembly drawing files. Express 3–5 day service is available for simple to medium complexity designs. Lead time is confirmed at order placement — not as a post-quote estimate.
All assemblies default to IPC-A-610 Class 2 (Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies). Class 3 is available on request and commonly applied for medical, automotive, and defense applications. Soldering processes comply with J-STD-001. Incoming inspection and workmanship documentation is available in formats compatible with ISO 13485 and IATF 16949 quality systems.
Yes. TY Global serves customers in 30+ countries. We handle export documentation, DHL/FedEx/UPS booking, customs declarations, and sea freight coordination. Most European and North American customers receive prototypes within 10–14 days of order confirmation including transit. Dedicated English-language account management is provided for all international accounts.
TY Global is certified to ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System), verified by annual third-party surveillance audit. All PCBA workmanship meets IPC-A-610 Class 2 as standard (Class 3 on request). Processes comply with J-STD-001 soldering requirements and RoHS/REACH restricted substance regulations. Full certification documentation is available on request.
